The fastening system type “KS” variant 60/B is used to fix 60E1-profiled rails (rail foot 150mm) to prestressed concrete sleepers, to ensure the required track gauge and rail clamping force, as well as to avoid rail dislocation with respect to the sleepers.
Advantages of the rail fastening system of KS type for concrete sleepers:
- resilient rail fastening system after replacement Łp2 clip by SKL12 clip
- possibility to pre-assembly the base plates directly in sleeper at sleeper production site
- KS rail fastening system can be applied for concrete sleepers as well as for concrete slab track
- base plate can be made of steel or iron casting
- easy replacement of each component of KS rail fastening system during maintenance
