Toolroom

We have our own Tool Room Department, which is responsible for:

• repair of the used moulds
• the making of new moulds for our own use and for our clients

Our design engineers design and supervise the fabrication of injection moulds and other elements, making use of the Solid Edge software.

For mold and elements production we use Sprut CAM, NX CAM Express programs which generate programs for CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and CNC drilling machine.

In the manufacture of the moulds and other elements we use proven high-quality components from recognized suppliers such as FCPK Bytów, Hasco, Meusburger.
We co-operate with the suppliers in the delivery of standardized elements that result in production time reduction.

Photochemical surface treatment is made by proven service providers only.
