IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED PLATFORM SUPPORTING PROCESS CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT

In order to optimize and control of logistics processes, in November we launched a special Information Platform. The aim of Platform introduction is first of all to help in purchasing and production planning, warehouse management and shipments organization. It allows to analyze current business processes, which will improve the management process.
